NORMAS ESPECÍFICAS DE PARTICIPACIÓN PARA EXPOSITORES
1. FECHA Y HORARIO DE CELEBRACIÓN
1.1. EXPOENERGETICA 2007 y el SALÓN DE LA ECOCONSTRUCCIÓN, se celebrarán en el Recinto Ferial FERIA MUESTRARIO INTERNACIONAL DE VALENCIA
Dirección: Avda. de las Ferias s/n 46035VALENCIA del 19 al 21 de Noviembre de 2007. En horario de 10,00 a 18,00 h. los días 19 y 20 de noviembre de 2007 y de 10,00a 15,00 h , el día 21 de noviembre de 2007.
1.2. Durante dicho horario los stands deberán permanecer abiertos al público visitante y estar debidamente atendidos por personal competente.
2. EXPOSITORES
2.1. Podrán solicitar su participación en el Certamen todas aquellas empresas y entidades públicas o privadas cuyas actividades se consideren incluidas en los sectores objeto del mismo.
2.2. Queda totalmente prohibida la venta directa a particulares así como compartir stand sin conocimiento previo de la dirección del certamen
2.3. La admisión de solicitudes, así como la asignación de espacios, son de competencia exclusiva de la Dirección del Certamen.
2.4. Los Expositores podrán acceder al recinto 30 minutos antes de la apertura y permanecer hasta 30 minutos después de la hora de cierre.
2.5. La Organización del Certamen se reserva el derecho de cambiar las ubicaciones de los stands por motivo justificado.
3. CONTRATACIÓN
3.1. La contratación se realizará enviando a FIVE CONTINENTS EXHIBITIONS, S.L. el impreso de Solicitud de Espacio cumplimentado, junto con el pago de 350€ + 16% IVA de derechos de inscripción.
3.2. La firma y presentación del Boletín de Inscripción constituye un compromiso contractual no revocable por el solicitante y comporta la total aceptación de las Normas Generales de Participación del Recinto Ferial “Feria Muestrario Internacional de Valencia”, de las Normas Específicas establecidas por parte de FIVE CONTINENTS EXHIBITIONS, S.L. para la feria EXPOENERGETICA y el Salón de la ECOCONSTRUCCIÓN y de las disposiciones que, con carácter genérico, fuesen establecidas.
3.3. El espacio mínimo a contratar será de 12 m2.
3.4. El Departamento Técnico de FIVE CONTINENTS EXHIBITIONS S.L. facilitará al expositor el "Manual del Expositor”(incluyendo formularios de limpieza, seguros opcionales, teléfono, etc) una vez realizado el primer pago correspondiente.
4. TARIFA GENERAL.
4.1. La tarifa general de EXPOENERGETICA y el Salón de la ECOCONSTRUCCIÓN para stands equipados S1-S2-S3-S4 ofrece tres opciones de Mobiliario que se dividen en Pack Standard, Pack Profesional, Pack De Luxe.
4.2. La tarifa general de EXPOENERGETICA y el Salón de la ECOCONSTRUCCIÓN Solo suelo incluye los siguientes servicios:
- El alquiler del espacio durante el tiempo de exposición, montaje y desmontaje.
- La iluminación general y climatización del pabellón.
- El servicio general de limpieza de las áreas comunes.
- El servicio permanente de vigilancia general en el interior y exterior del pabellón.
- La inserción de los datos del expositor en el Catálogo Oficial de la Feria.
- La entrega de credenciales para los expositores y personal del stand.
- La utilización de los servicios generales de la Feria.
- Un Catálogo Oficial.
4.3 La tarifa general de EXPOENERGETICA y el Salón de la ECOCONSTRUCCION para stands modulares incluye los siguientes servicios:
- Stand modular en estructura de aluminio color plata
- Medianera en melamina
- Frontis
- Rotulación del nombre de la empresa en el frontis
- Emparrilado de aluminio en techo
- Ocho focos orientables de 100 W. C/U
- Toma de corriente de 500 W
- Cuadro diferencial
- Moqueta ferial a suelo
- El alquiler del espacio durante el tiempo de exposición, montaje y desmontaje.
- La iluminación general y climatización del pabellón.
- El servicio general de limpieza de las áreas comunes.
- El servicio permanente de vigilancia general en el interior y exterior del pabellón.
- La inserción de los datos del expositor en el Catálogo Oficial de la Feria.
- La entrega de credenciales para los expositores y personal del stand.
- La utilización de los servicios generales de la Feria.
- Un Catálogo Oficial.
5. MONTAJE, ENTRADA DE MERCANCÍAS Y DESMONTAJE
5.1. Los horarios de montaje son del día 16 de noviembre 2007 al 18 de noviembre de 2007 de 8h a 20 h.
5.2. No se autorizará la ocupación del espacio ni se hará entrega en su caso del stand al expositor que no haya abonado en su totalidad el espacio contratado.
5.3. Los horarios para la entrada principal de mercancía es de 8h-20h.
5.4. Las fechas y horarios para el desmontaje de los stands son a partir de las 15 horas el día 21 de Noviembre de 2007 y el 22. de noviembre de 8h a 20 h.
5.5. El Almacenamiento de embalaje en los pabellones está totalmente prohibido por razones de seguridad.
6. NORMAS DE MONTAJE DE STANDS DE DISEÑO LIBRE
6.1. Las empresas que opten por montaje libre (solo suelo), deberán presentar su proyecto de montaje del stand, para su aprobación a la Dirección Técnica de la Feria y del Comité Organizador, enviando información detallada y planos a escala del proyecto.
6.2. Las normas de montaje están incluidas en las Normas Generales de Participación de la “Feria Muestrario Internacional de Valencia”, |
7. RETIRADA DE MERCANCÍAS
7.1. La liquidación total de los gastos adicionales producidos por el expositor durante la celebración del Certamen será condición indispensable para retirar el material (mobiliario, objetos e instalaciones) de su correspondiente espacio.
7.2. El expositor que lo solicite contará con un permiso, que expedirá la Dirección de EXPOENERGÉTICA para la entrada/salida de objetos y material durante la celebración de la Feria. La entrada/salida de estos materiales y objetos deberá efectuarse en un horario preestablecido.
8. PASES Y MATERIAL PROMOCIONAL
8.1. Acreditaciones de expositor. Corresponderán: 5-7-10-15 pases, respectivamente, según opciones de stand S1-S2-S3-S4, así como 1 pase por cada 5m2 en opción solo suelo. Estos pases de expositor son de uso exclusivo por la empresa expositora y personal del stand y podrán ser recogidos en la propia Feria en el mostrador de atención al expositor .
8.2. Inscripciones para visitantes profesionales al Recinto Ferial. GRATUITAS y sin limitación según disponibilidad para profesionales que se acrediten. Otros visitantes deben abonar 10€. Las inscripciones de visitantes serán remitidas online en www.expoenergetica.com .
9. NORMAS VARIAS
9.1. Todos los expositores están obligados a leer las Normas Específicas tanto de la feria de Valencia como del Organizador con respecto a la celebración de EXPOENERGETICA Y EL SALON DE LA ECOCONSTRUCCIÓN, que serán publicadas online y enviadas con el Manual del Expositor.
10. CAUSA DE FUERZA MAYOR
La Organización de la Feria se reserva el derecho a reducir o ampliar la duración del Certamen, así como aplazar su celebración siempre que lo aconsejen las circunstancias especiales o lo exijan causas de fuerza mayor, así como cualquier otra circunstancia que por actuación de tercero, paralice o pueda paralizar la celebración de la Feria.
Tales circunstancias no serán motivo suficiente para que los expositores rescindan un contrato ni para exigir cualquier tipo de compensación en concepto de daños y perjuicios.
Informamos que esta hoja es un resumen de la nomativa obligatoria dictada tanto por la Feria de Valencia como por parte de FIVE CONTINENTS EXHIBITIONS, S.L.

SPECIFIC RULES OF PARTICIPATION
1. DATES AND SCHEDULE.
1) EXPOENERGETICA 2007 and the ECOCONSTRUCTION SALON will be held at the Valencia International Fair (Feria Muestrario Internacional de Valencia), Avenida de las Ferias s/n, E-46035, Valencia, Spain, from 19th till 21st November 2007. The exhibition hall will be opened from 10:00 - 18:00 hours on 20 and 21 November 2007 and from 10:00 - 15:00 hours on 21 November 2007.
2) During the above opening hours the stands must remain opened for visitors and adequately manned by competent staff.
2.EXHIBITORS
- All companies and private or public entities who’s activities are considered to be included in relevant sectors can apply for their participation in the event.
- Direct sales to private as well as the share of stands without the previous knowledge (and written accept) by the event Organisers are forbidden.
- Admission of applications, as well as the designation of stands are exclusive competences of the event Organizers.
- The exhibitors may access the exhibition area 30 minutes before public opening hours and remain until 30 minutes after official closing hours.
- The organizer reserves the right to change, if necessary, a booth space allocated to the Exhibitor, as well as slightly alter the shape of the booth if circumstances demand. The organizer company reserves the right to rearrange the layout of unoccupied areas; and to alter entrances and exits to and from the exhibition space, halls and aisles
3. BOOKING.

- duly filled in and signed together with the pre-inscription fee (350 Euros +16% VAT) in concept of booking rights to FIVE CONTINENTS EXHIBITIONS, S.L.

The above mentioned duly signed inscription constitutes the exhibitors non-revocable contractual compromise and the acceptance of 1) General Rules and Norms for Participation in the Valencia Fair (Feria Muestrario International de Valencia), and 2) the Rules and Norms established by FIVE CONTINENTS EXHIBITIONS, S.L. for the EXPOENERGETICA and ECOCONSTRUCTION events, and the general rules established.

The minimum stand area which can be contracted is 12 m2.

The technical department of FIVE CONTINENTS EXHIBITIONS, S.L. will provide the Exhibitor with the “Exhibitors Manual” (including the forms for cleaning, optional insurances, telephone, etc.) once realized the first corresponding instalment.
4.GENERAL RATES.
4.1)The general rates of EXPOENERGETICA and the ECOCONSTRUCTION events for equipped stands S1-S2-S3-S4 offers three types of furniture: Standard Pack, Professional Pack and De Luxe Pack.
4.2)The general rates of EXPOENERGETICA and the ECOCONSTRUCTION events Only Floor, includes the following services:
- Rent of the stand area during set up, the Exhibition, and dismantling
- The Exhibitions areas general general illumination and heating/ air conditioning of the pavilion
- Cleaning of the common areas.
- General security surveillance inside and outside of the exhibition pavilions.
- The insertion of the Exhibitors data in the official Exhibition Catalogue.
- Supply of Badges for access to the exhibition for the Exhibitors and stand personnel.
- The use of the Exhibition areas General Services.
- The official Exhibition Catalogue.
4.3)The general rates of EXPOENERGETICA and the ECOCONSTRUCCIÓN events Modular Stands, for exhibition floor + modular space includes all concepts related to only exhibition floor option plus the following services:
-Modular stand with aluminium structure (silver colour)
-Melamine Panels
-Frontage
-Company Name on Frontage
-Aluminium Grid Ceiling
-8 Spotlights (each 100 W)
-1 Socket for 500 W
-Differential Switch
-Standard Carpet
5.STAND ASSEMBLY, ACCESS OF MERCHANDISE ENTRY AND DISMANTLING

The settting up of stands is from 16 to 18 November 2007 from 8:00 to 20:00 hours.

The occupation of space will not be allowed, and the stand not supplied, to any Exhibitor who has not paid in it totality the amount corresponding to the contracted area.

The main gate opening hours for merchandizes and goods are from 8:00 to 20:00 hours.
-
The dates and hours for disassembly of the stands are on 21stNovember from 15:00 – 20:00 hours and 22 November from 8:00 to 20:00 hours.
-
Storage of packing within the pavilions is forbidden due to security reasons.
6.SRULES & REGULATIONS FOR ASSEMBLY OF STAND OF FREE DESIGN STANDS

7.MERCHANDISE WITHDRAWAL.
- The total settlement of outstanding additional economical matters arising from
- The celebration of the event is an indispensable demand before the withdrawal of any goods (furniture, objects, installations, etc) from their corresponding space.
- The exhibitor applying will receive a permit, emitted by the Expoenergética Management for in- and outgoing material during the opening hours of the Exhibition. The moving of such merchandize must take place in an on beforehand established period of time.
8.CREDENTIALS AND PROMOTION MATERIAL
- Exhibitor Credentials, corresponds 5-7-10-15 respectively as per stands S1-S2-S3-S4, as well as 1 access pass for each 5m2 in the “Free Floor Space Rental” version. These passes are dedicated to the exhibiting company and its stand staff and can be picked up at the fair’s Exhibitor Attention Desk.
- Visitor Inscription at the Exhibition area is free and without limit, subject to availability for accredited professionals. Other visitors have access at the cost of 10€ per person. Visitor inscription can be made online at www.expoenergetica.com
9.VARIOUS NORMS & REGULATIONS.
- All visitors are obliged to read the Specific Rules & Regulations for “Feria Muestrario International de Valencia”, “EXPOENERGETICA” and “ECOCONSTRUCTION SALON” respectively, which are published online and included in the Exhibitors Manual.
10.FORCE MAJEURE.
- EXPOENERGETICA and ECOCONSTRUCTION SALON ORGANIZERS reserve the rights to reduce or increase the duration of the event, as well as to postpone its celebration always recommended by special circumstances or caused by Force Majeure, as well as any other circumstances forced by third part cancels or might cancel the celebration of the fair. Such circumstances do not serve as sufficient motive for the exhibitors to cancel their contract and also not to demand any kind of compensation for damages and prejudices.

Pursuant to LOPD 15/1999 and LSSI-CE 34/2002, interested parties are informed that personal details which are provided voluntarily, including e-mail addresses, shall be incorporated into an automated file which is the property and the responsibility of FIVE CONTINENTS EXHIBITIONS, S.L. On sending their details, the parties in question expressly authorise the use of the same for the undertaking of periodic communications, including those made viae-mail, which FIVE CONTINENTS EXHIBITIONS, S.L. will use to provide information on fair business - activities, products and services - which it undertakes itself or through collaborating companies.Likewise, the parties in question are informed that their details may be communicated, with a confidentiality obligation, to the companies which collaborate with FIVE CONTINENTS EXHIBITIONS, S.L.,exclusively for operational and management purposes deriving from a contractual relationship, including their background, content and development.
